Welcome to my blog detailing my journey with the Open College of the Arts. For years I have painted in the same, relatively successful, way. However I have not had the opportunity to develop my work further and have felt a little confined of late. Starting a course with the OCA at home seemed the best way to open me up to new ideas and help me towards becoming a better and more fulfilled artist.

Assignment 3 updated

Further to finishing Part 5 of the course, I looked back over all of my coursework and really felt that my Assignment 3 final piece was weak and overworked, which was re-iterated by  my tutor in her feedback.
